The store is designed to handle U.S. and Canadian customers and selected international countries.

Selected International countries include Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Virgin Islands British, and Virgin Islands US. Orders sent to these countries will be delayed by a week so we can bring in the product(s) for your order, which will ship via FedEx International.

IMPORTAN NOTICE! If we are shipping to an address in the European Union and/or UK, a Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added as an addition to the duties and taxes that you are responsible for through customs. VAT, including duties and taxes, must be paid before your package can be delivered.

If you are placing an order and encounter a Shipping Calculation Error when the shopping cart attempts to calculate real-time shipping, it simply means that the shopping cart was unable to calculate the shipping cost for the address given. If you see this error, we recommend that you do not proceed with your order. Instead, please get in touch with us by email so we can provide you with a shipping cost, or we can add your country to the list of selected international destinations. If you proceed with your order despite the Shipping Calculation Error being displayed, your product(s) will be charged; however, the shipping will not be applied. Your email receipt will clearly show that you encountered a Shipping Calculation Error.

In these specific cases, your order will be put on hold. We will contact you by email regarding the shipping cost and shipping options available for your area, along with a link to our Make A Payment window so you can make an online payment for the shipping cost. When making this payment, you will be directed to PayPal through this same 'Make A Payment' window. All international customers will use PayPal to make their payment. You can still use your credit card with PayPal

When your order is ready to ship, we will send you a PDF of the order(s) to verify your billing and the correct shipping address.

If you live in an area that is not listed in the selected international list and are interested in ordering Bondhus products, but you are unable to go through our store, please send us an email that includes your complete shipping information, product item number(s), and the quantity of product(s). We will then research the shipping cost and send you a total product price and shipping quote via email.

Thanks for your order and for supporting our business. As an international customer, whether you are a consumer or a company, you are responsible for paying the duties and taxes when importing goods into your country of residence.

We use FedEx International to ship all orders. For business customers with a FedEx account, we can use your account to cover the duties and taxes when preparing your package for shipment.

Please provide your FedEx account number along with your business Tax Identification Number (TIN) by responding to your email receipt of your order. This will help to speed up the process, so your package doesn’t get delayed further.
