Shipping Restrictions

All Bondhus and Felo tools ordered online are shipped to the 48 contiguous states (lower 48) via FedEx or UPS. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS Air. Canadian orders ship via UPS or USPS.

Selected International countries include: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Denmark, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Virgin Island British, and Virgin Island US. Orders sent to these countries will be delayed by a week so we can bring in the product(s) for your order which will ship via USPS International.

IMPORTAN NOTICE! If we are shipping to an address in the European Union and/or UK, a Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added as an addition to the duties and taxes that you are responsible for through customs. VAT, including duties and taxes will need to be paid for before your package can be delivered!

Also packages are first sent by GlobalPost to a postal processing facility in the United States. From here packages are then shipped to you the customer.

Because shipping carriers have minimum shipping charge, we can ship two sets for the price of one. So for the best shipping value, consider purchasing one set for yourself and one set for a friend.

So for those areas where we can ship to by means of USPS, please email product numbers and quantity along with your shipping address and we quote you the total cost. If you want to continue with an order we will send you a link to our Make a Payment window. Once paid we will order the products in from the factory which takes about a week to get to us. Once received we will send your order out by USPS.
