Shipping Restrictions

All Bondhus tools ordered online are shipped to the 48 contiguous states (lower 48) via FedEx or UPS. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Canadian orders ship via UPS.

Selected International countries include Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Denmark, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Virgin Islands British, and Virgin Islands US. Orders sent to these countries will be delayed by a week, so we can bring in the product(s) for your order, which will ship via FedEx International.

IMPORTAN NOTICE! If we are shipping to an address in the European Union and/or UK, a Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added as an addition to the duties and taxes that you are responsible for through customs. VAT, including duties and taxes, must be paid before your package can be delivered.

Because shipping carriers have a minimum shipping charge, we can ship two sets for the price of one. So, for the best shipping value, consider purchasing all that you need the first time around.

If you are looking for pricing, please email product numbers and quantity along with your shipping address, and we will quote you the total cost. If you want to continue with an order, we will send you a link to our Make a Payment window. Once paid, we will order the products from the factory, which takes approximately a week to arrive. Once received, we will ship your order via the shipping carrier you select.

Thanks for your order and for supporting our business. As an international customer, whether you are a consumer or a company, you are responsible for paying the duties and taxes when importing goods into your country of residence.

We use FedEx International to ship all orders. For business customers with a FedEx account, we can use your account to cover the duties and taxes when preparing your package for shipment.

Please provide your FedEx account number along with your business Tax Identification Number (TIN) by responding to your email receipt of your order. This will help to speed up the process, so your package doesn’t get delayed further.
